Hosting a seminar works best in conjunction with exhibiting/sponsoring – following the seminar/presentation, delegates can then find out more and meet the speaker on the stand.
There are typically 5 presentation areas within each live event, seating from 80 up to 300 delegates. Seminars are free to attend for delegates, with access included in their ticket to the event. It is possible to ask delegates to book a seat for your session in advance, asking their permission to share their details with you after the event – providing a further opportunity to create a targeted list of potential new clients.
